We reply within one business day, by the method and at the time you choose. Your first visit is a 60-minute evaluation, and its fee is given to you in writing before it.

Before you write
Do you take my insurance?
We bill most PPO plans directly and are out of network with others. We do not bill Medicare or Medicaid from this office. The front desk checks your plan before your first visit and tells you what it finds.
How often will I come, and for how long?
Your prescriber sets the pace with you. After the evaluation, follow-up visits are about 25 minutes, and how far apart they are depends on what you take and how you are doing.
Are you licensed where I live?
We are licensed in Nevada. For a video visit you need to be in Nevada at the time of the visit. If you are somewhere else, we can talk about colleagues near you.
