A second-floor suite with a waiting area for two or three people, so you are rarely waiting with a crowd.
Friday visits are by video.
Parking is in the lot behind the building; the stairs and the elevator are by the rear door.

We are licensed in Nevada, so a video visit is for someone who is in Nevada at the time of the visit. If you are traveling or live elsewhere, we cannot see you by video, and we can talk about colleagues near you.
For a video visit you need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and a private room. We send the link before the visit.
Access
The office is on the second floor, with an elevator. If you need an interpreter, a quieter room or extra time, tell us when you write and we will plan for it.
